Every student referred to us comes with unique circumstances and needs. To address these effectively, we have developed a comprehensive range of PSHE-focused work units tailored to the specific reasons behind each referral.
These units are delivered through targeted workshops designed to help students better understand their behaviours, develop positive approaches to challenges they may face in school, and build effective conflict resolution skills. We also support students in understanding the impact of their actions, the reasons behind consequences, and how to manage them constructively to get back on track in their educational journey.

Teach: Academic Support
We provide continuous academic support for students of all abilities, helping them successfully reintegrate into full-time education. Our small group classes follow the national curriculum, with a focus on core subjects such as Maths, English, and Science, as well as dedicated homework support and enrichment activities in Art, ICT, Music, PSHE, and Humanities.
To create a positive learning atmosphere, we use a reward and consequence system to encourage constructive engagement in every lesson. We maintain close communication with schools and parents, offering live progress tracking for each student.
Our quiet study spaces are ideal for GCSE revision, and we can facilitate mock exams as required. We also support a wide range of SEN needs through the expertise of our experienced staff. By working closely with schools and families, we tailor our approach to meet individual needs and ensure each student's successful return to mainstream education.

Transform: Holistic Support and Personal Development
At T3 Tutoring, we believe that holistic support and personal growth are key to every student’s success. We engage students in a wide range of team-building and collaborative activities designed to strengthen social skills, improve communication, and build confidence—empowering them with essential life skills.
Our support extends beyond the classroom. We assist students with interview preparation, college and job applications, and can provide references and supporting educational documentation as needed. Our goal is to help each student grow not only academically, but personally and professionally.
